Corporate Director of Risk and Quality Improvement
Nicole Vandermay serves as the Corporate Director of Risk and Quality Improvement for Malvern Health. Her primary responsibility is to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment throughout all of Malvern’s facilities. By working closely with licensing and quality organizations she can ensure the facilities are meeting the highest standards and engaging in best practices.
Nicole started her career in Bucks County as a BHRS Clinical Care Manager. She has worked in Risk Management and Quality Improvement for the past 10 years, in both Boston and Philadelphia. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from LaSalle University. Nicole’s therapeutic experience has focused on assessment and family therapy for refugee families upon their entrance to the US.
