Director of Nursing
Mary Kim Hofmann has been the Director of Nursing for Malvern Treatment Centers since June 2019. Kim has been a licensed registered nurse since 1982 with almost twenty-five years of diversified experience as a healthcare manager providing supervision, training, project management, direct patient care, and various operational duties.
Kim has extensive nursing leadership experience including Director of Nursing positions with several well established behavioral health facilities including Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital, Fairmount Behavioral Health System, Friends Hospital and Temple University Health System; most recently holding the position of Infection Control Preventionist at Friends Hospital. Kim’s many accomplishments include staff development, employee retention, and redesign of workflow processes within the organizations she has worked. She prides herself on a strong work ethic, a focus on the patient treatment experience and dedication to patient satisfaction. Kim is well respected by her peers and subordinates as an exceptional teacher and clinical leader.
