Corporate Director of Human Resources and Environment of Care
Kevin Williams has been employed with Malvern Health since April 2019, serving as the Corporate Director of Human Resources and Environment of Care. He oversees the entire Support Service Operation including Human Resources, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Dietary Departments throughout the company. Kevin manages and serves as the liaison between all general contractors on all projects, ensuring that buildings meet codes and that company guidelines are achieved.
Mr. Williams came to Malvern with thirty-five years of experience managing Human Resources and Support Services at Universal Health Services (UHS) and most recently holding the title as Regional Director of Support Services. While the Regional Director of Support Services, Kevin provided oversight and management of four dietary departments for UHS Sites. The scope included purchasing with a budget that exceeded 4.4 million dollars, staffing, and regulatory agency compliance. Patient satisfaction and quality rose significantly during his tenure.
Kevin has exceptional knowledge of all regulatory agency standards, performance improvement and quality management. Kevin attended Delaware Technical and Community College.
