Director of Outpatient
Kayla DonFrancesco, MS, NCC, LPC, is the Outpatient Director for Malvern Treatment Centers and Internet Behavioral Care. Kayla earned her Master’s of Science Degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Addictions and Offenders from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Her career began as an outpatient Drug and Alcohol counselor at the Wedge Medical Center before joining Malvern Treatment Centers in 2015 as an outpatient counselor for the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs at Malvern’s Trevose location, conducting group therapy and completing level of care assessments. In 2017, Kayla was promoted to site supervisor of the Berwyn location and currently is the Director of Outpatient Services, overseeing Malvern Treatment Center’s four D&A Outpatient sites in Berwyn, Bethlehem, Pottstown, and Trevose as well as IBC, the mental health outpatient located in Trevose. In addition to her work with Malvern, Kayla has a small private practice in Ardmore, providing individual therapy to adults and specializing in addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, co-occurring issues, stress and wellness management, and life transitions.
Kayla is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania and is a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She has a certificate of completion as a Clinical Trauma Professional, has a certificate of completion in trauma informed continuing education for Post Traumatic Stress Disorders from Drexel University’s Behavioral Healthcare Education program, and is a Handle with Care Behavior Management Instructor.
